We’re looking for Enhanced Support Workers to join our team to help a young woman with a range of support needs within her own home. This service focuses on keeping the supported person at the centre of decisions and planning and helping build skills, confidence and a good life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team and with the broader multi-disciplinary, multi-agency team to ensure support, protocols and systems are in place to allow this young woman to live a safe, full life in the community.
