Supporting you
We are committed to your professional development. When you join us we’ll provide you with a full induction to get to know your job, your team and the wider Cosgrove family. Beyond that we support you achieving mandatory training and registration requirements, support your learning through our SVQ funded programme and fund your PVG and Scottish Social Services Council registration.
On a day to day basis you’ll be supported by your fellow team members and your manager who will hold regular team meetings and undertake supervisions to support your in-job development.
