Cosgrove Care is delighted to publish its 2025/26 Impact Report, showcasing the difference made across our services and communities during the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
The report highlights the experiences, achievements and aspirations of the children, young people and adults we support whilst celebrating the commitment of our staff, volunteers, families, supporters and partners who make that impact possible every day.
This year’s report is particularly significant as it reflects Cosgrove Care’s 65th commemorative year, marking an important milestone in the organisation’s history and providing an opportunity to celebrate the people, partnerships and values that have shaped our charity over more than six decades.
The reporting period also represents the final full year of leadership for former Chief Executive Heather, who stepped down after ten years in post in December 2025, and long-serving Chair Donny. Together, they helped guide Cosgrove Care through a period of growth, development and continued commitment to the people and families we support.
Following her departure from the organisation, Heather continued to support the completion of this report, working alongside Technical Officer Neil Gray to bring together a fitting reflection of a landmark year in Cosgrove Care’s history. Through stories, testimonials, achievements and outcomes, the report brings to life the impact of our work and the strength of the community that sits at the heart of everything we do.
More than a review of a single year, the report celebrates a remarkable chapter in Cosgrove Care’s journey and the collective contribution of everyone who has helped us reach this significant milestone.
Join Us at Our AGM
The Impact Report will be formally launched and showcased at Cosgrove Care’s Annual General Meeting this week.
The AGM will provide an opportunity to:
- Hear directly from service users and family members about their experiences of Cosgrove Care.
- Celebrate the achievements and impact highlighted in the 2025/26 Impact Report.
- Receive an overview of the organisation’s financial statements and statutory accounts from our auditors covering the period ending 31 March 2026.
- Meet the Cosgrove Care Board of Trustees.
- Meet Laura Johnston, Cosgrove Care’s new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
- Hear more about Cosgrove Care’s strategy, priorities and vision for the year ahead.
- Connect with fellow members, families, supporters, partners and friends who continue to play such an important role in our community.
As we reflect on a remarkable year and celebrate our 65th anniversary, we are equally excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to strengthen support for people with additional support needs and their families.
