Employee Forum

Cosgrove’s Employee Forum brings together staff from across our services who are the voice of our workforce. The Forum meets quarterly to discuss themed issues that affect our staff teams. 

Their role is to represent and communicate the issues that are important to their colleagues and feedback on a strategic an operational decisions.

The Forum is incredibly valuable in helping inform Cosgrove’s decision making, and supporting more general communications across a displaced and diverse workforce.
