We are open to concerns and value the opinion of service users, families and other stakeholders and will actively encourage concerns to be voiced.

We recognise that there may be times when you feel our care standards have not met your expectations. In these situations, we will make every effort to address your complaint as quickly as possible.

If there is any issue you would like to raise with us please get in touch either in person, by phone or email. You can use our contact form online and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

There may be times when you just want to give us feedback out with the formal Complaints & Compliments Policy. In these situations please use the contact form which can be found online or speak to a member of staff. All feedback and suggestions and ideas received will be considered by the Service Manager.
